"Great support for the girls while out on a run (they're old and a bit saggy) I'm a 14C cup for context. Sports bras are a very individual thing and it depends what you need them for. This one is definitely fine for running (I'm a 6-8km slow runner) this one should be be good for a D cup runner but anyone larger should perhaps do a few laps of the house to be sure before you take her out on the road. We're all different and I tried a few before setting for this one. Hope that's helpful."
