Do I need a sports bra for Yoga?
Yes, we recommend a sports bra for yoga. You will need a supportive bra (low-impact is fine) bra that has no underwires, and has moisture management and breathable fabrication to keep you comfortable and supported throughout a yoga session. As it is a low intensity exercise, you do not need a high or maximum support sports bra, but definitely one that does not have underwires that may dig in or cause discomfort.
