Orders with a New Zealand delivery address are sent via New Zealand Courier Post for a charge of $10 per parcel. All orders over $150 with a delivery location within New Zealand will receive complimentary shipping. You can generally expect to receive your parcel within 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.
Orders with a delivery address outside of New Zealand can shop via our lornajane.sg website.
Please do include a company name if you are requesting a delivery to a business address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Lorna Jane will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.
Lorna Jane uses third party delivery services such as New Zealand Courier Post. This means delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Once an order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy
